PASBO offers a unique School Operations Consulting Service that is dedicated to assisting LEAs improve their school operations. An experienced team of School Business Officials (SBOs) perform on-site evaluations and analysis for each project, as defined by the scope of the project.
Scope of PASBO Consulting Projects:
The how and extent of expected deliverables is covered in advance through contract discussions and acceptance by the LEA and PASBO.
The PASBO review team process includes studying documentation provided by the LEA, historical data, and other sources.
Often, a study includes an onsite visit to observe, conduct interviews, and compare current business operations to recognized standards.
A full written report may follow based on the scope of the project.
Generally, the process will provide an exit conference to review the observations and conclusions.
Consulting Services are available in the areas of School Business Office, Transportation, Facilities, Purchasing, Food Service, Information technology, and Human Resources operations.
Fees are determined based upon the scope of the services. Our commitment is to meet the unique needs of each school entity.
