Paperwork needed from Regional Chapters each year
Attendance Records
We must have the attendance record for each meeting. This allows us to give credits to your attendees for certification purposes.
May send after each meeting or a full record of the year.
We have an instruction sheet on how to create a QR code to sign in for attendance. The list can be forwarded via email at the end of the meeting.
We have a form that you can use but you are free to submit the attendance info in a way that is most convenient for you. The info should be clear and easy to follow.
The full attendance information is due by June 15th or the last meeting of the month, whichever date is later.
New officers
We need to have an accurate listing of officers at the PASBO office.
After elections each year, you should send the names, officer role, and email to Tara so that the records can be updated.
If there is an officer vacancy during the year, you should let Tara know and forward the officer that will fill the opening once available.
We have a form with officers and meeting info that can be used. It is fine to send the info another way. Many send an email with all info.

Meeting Dates and Info
We have people that contact the PASBO office asking about regional chapter meetings. It is important for us to have the dates, times (start and end), and location of each meeting.

It is helpful to let Tara know if any meeting date changes so that we can update our records and be sure to give accurate information.
Bylaw Changes
If the officer team changes their bylaws throughout the year, the original can be kept with chapter records and a copy sent to Tara.
